One of the best if not the best place to get Japanese cuisine in Williamsburg.
Soya offers a variety of Japanese dishes from the hibachi, kitchen and sushi bar. At dinner, you have the choice of sitting in the dining room or at a hibachi grill. Most of the dinner menu is listed on their web site, but they also have a few sushi combination specials ranging $14-$20 in price.
At lunch, only the dining room is open. Their web site does not list the lunch menu which has lunch size portions of the dinner menu at prices ranging from $7-$12.
