The Magazine is where the colony stored arms and munitions. If you want to see guns and other weaponry, this is the place.
The Magazine isn't large, but the display lines the wall. The building gives a feeling of sturdiness and is a great place to wait out thunderstorms.
When the British tried to secretly empty the Magazine, in order to pacify the citizens, well, the citizens weren't pleased.

You can't park in Colonial Williamsburg. Either park at the Visitors Center and take the shuttle, or park in one of the small lots surrounding Merchants Square.
