Finally, a second Thai restaurant in Williamsburg! And it's not on the far side of town, either.
This brand new addition competes directly with cross-town rival Emerald.
Oddly, they seem to do well at the things that Emerald doesn't and vice versa. For example, the basil dishes are better, but the Panang Curry pales in comparison.
Also like Emerald, it isn't cheap. It's ambiance, however, is much nicer. That makes the prices easier to swallow. Its location in New Town makes is an easier destination as well.
Be sure to try the crispy green bean appetizer. (They batter and pan-fry them. Go ahead and pretend that the green beans make it healthy.)
